About Our Company The Company's roots date back to 1971. Originally part of a larger organization which also manufactured industrial fasteners, the Company dedicated itself to the distribution side of the business in 1987. The Company is involved in the distribution of pneumatic and electric  nailing, stapling and screw driving tools, related fasteners such as staples, brads, pins, screws, etc., and automated production fastening systems. The Company services such industries as automotive, appliance, furniture, bedding, metal fabricators, picture frames, store fixtures, kitchen cabinets, pallet, window and door manufacturers, construction and roofing contractors, to name a few. SERVICES - As a stocking distributor, we can serve your service needs faster. We have an in house service department with service technicians of many years experience and knowledge. We service all products that we sell.

RETURNS - All returned goods must be pre-authorized and have a "RETURNED GOODS AUTHORIZATION" number (RGA#). All returned goods are subject to a 20% restocking charge and must be shipped prepaid.

FREIGHT- All products are shipped F.O.B. Toronto, unless otherwise indicated.

MINIMUM ORDER - Minimum order is $100.00. Orders, excluding parts, less than $100.00 are subject to a 35% handling charge. Fasteners are to be sold in full cases only. Less than a case is subject to a 10% surcharge.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS - Not returnable under any circumstances.

TERMS - With approved credit, net 30 days. Pricing subject to change without notice.
